***** Purchases over $100 must be verified with a government-issued photo ID  and the credit card used for purchase( both must match) before we can process the shipment.  Click here  to complete the Authorization Form

Within this process, we verify your credit card information with your valid ID. We are simply verifying the information you have given to us to complete the purchase. It is for your protection and all parties involved. Once verified, orders will be shipped.

You have 24hrs to submit the authorization form. If you fail to verify your information, we will assume you are not able to obtain the information needed.

We will then cancel your order and issue a refund. Depending on your bank it could take them  5-7  business days to update your account.

Processing times for shipping may vary depending on the high volumes of orders we may receive. shipping is done on business days Monday-Friday

Standard Shipping takes 2-3 business days after your order has been processed. The cost for standard shipping is $6.95. Standard Shipping+ Require Signature cost is 9.95. Express Shipping takes 1-2 business days AFTER your order has been processed, the cost is 22.95.

Queen Of Styles LLC. is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.

We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

Queen Of Styles can not accept responsibility for packages that are stolen, damaged, or lost. Once the package leaves our facility we have no control over it.   This is why we partnered with the leader in package protection.

If you do not choose this option Queen Of Styles LLC can not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damaged packages.  Please choose the insurance option provided at checkout.

 

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Return policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you would like a refund for items you have purchased you can receive a refund minus the shipping cost. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.  Hair extensions, wigs, etc. that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way DOES NOT QUALIFY for a refund.

**All sales are final for altered products (bundles  that are unwrapped / extensions that have been worn)

Shipping charges are non-refundable

To return a non-used product ship it back to our warehouse in its original state.   In order to receive a refund, you must follow our policy guidelines.
