Processing times may vary depending on the high volumes of orders we may receive. shipping is done on business days Monday-Friday

Standard Shipping takes 2-3 business days after your order has been processed. The cost for standard shipping is $6.95. Standard Shipping+ Require Signature cost is 9.95. Express Shipping takes 1-2 business days AFTER your order has been processed, the cost is 22.95.

Queen Of Styles can not accept responsibility for packages that are stolen, damaged, or lost. Once the package leaves our facility we have no control over it. Please choose the insurance option provided at checkout.

By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Return policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. You have up to 15 days from the date it was shipped to request a refund. Anything after 15 days will not be excepted. If you would like a refund for items you have purchased you can receive a refund minus the shipping cost. SHIPPING COST IS NONREFUNDABLE. THE PRODUCT MUST BE  IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING FORM TO QUALIFY FOR A  RETURN. Hair extensions, wigs, etc. that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way DOES NOT QUALIFY for a refund.  To return a non-used product ship it back to our warehouse in its original state.   In order to receive a refund, you must follow our policy guidelines. We do not offer exchanges.
